Founded and headed by C'zar Amit Patel in the year 2016, we offer complete turnkey operational services that include conceptualization, scripting, shooting, artist management, and post-production services for Corporate Films, Ad Films, Documentaries and TV Production, Feature Film, Motion Graphic films, 2D/3D Films, Pre-Wedding Films. Our films are tailor-made to suit specific requirements. Moreover, we have an in-house post-production setup and cutting-edge facilities like Sound and Music Recording, Mixing, Dubbing, Video Editing, Color Grading & and VFX/Animation.
Role Description
We are looking for a high-performing Female Sales Manager to help us meet our customer acquisition and revenue growth targets by keeping our company competitive and innovative. You will be responsible for maximizing our sales team potential, crafting sales plans, and justifying those plans to the upper management.
Responsibilities
• Achieve growth and hit sales targets successfully through various platforms like offline and online
• Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands the company’s customer base and ensures it’s strong presence
• Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs
• Present sales, revenue, and expense reports and realistic forecasts to the management team
• Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status
Requirements and skills
• Successful previous experience as a sales representative or sales manager, consistently meeting or exceeding targets
• Committed to continuous education through workshops, seminars, and conferences
• Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization
• Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
• Strong business sense and industry expertise
• Excellent mentoring, coaching, and people management skills
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: ₹240,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
