The Sales Manager will be responsible for leading and motivating the sales team, developing sales strategies and plans, managing client relationships, and analyzing sales data. The Sales Manager will ensure that sales targets are met and customer satisfaction is maintained. Qualifications • Bachelor's in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field • Proven experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar sales leadership role • Demonstrated ability to develop and implement successful sales strategies and plans • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain client relationships • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a sales team • Ability to analyze sales data and develop insights to improve sales performance • Experience with CRM software • Excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills • Fluency in English and Hindi
