Biercraft is a London-based beer distributor and importer founded in 2013, working with top breweries nationwide.
The company supplies leading restaurants, hotels, pubs, bars, and shops with fresh, high-quality beer from its NW10 warehouse. A small team has grown over the last decade due to their commitment to offering excellent customer service alongside quality products.
Job Title:
Sales Account Manager
Location: London, UK
This full-time role involves account management and business development to achieve revenue/margin targets within London.
Manage and develop existing Biercraft customers to reach their full potential.
Identify and target new customers (high-profile or high-revenue accounts) focusing on premium London on-trade and independent off-trade.
Collaborate with the team to elevate the company's profile and reputation.
Report to the Head of Sales and work towards achieving sales targets.
Represent the Biercraft portfolio in London, acting as an ambassador for the producers we represent.
Requirements:
Motivated self-starter able to work independently.
Desire and drive to achieve sales targets.
Enjoy meeting new people and building relationships.
Working knowledge of beer and interest in learning about producers.
Familiarity with the London restaurant trade and passion for it.
Good organisational skills, ability to handle administrative tasks efficiently, and meet deadlines.
Able to balance individual and team work.
Positive outlook and excellent communication skills reflecting the company's core values.
Proficient in Excel and good IT skills.
Attention to detail, strong work ethic, and commitment to quality customer service.
Key Performance Indicators:
Sales performance vs. revenue/gross profit target.
New business developments vs. budget.
Progress against agreed personal objectives.
Remuneration:
Base salary of £34,000.
Quarterly bonus payments linked to account turnover and margin targets (£10,000+ per annum).
25 days holiday per year.
Samples and entertainment allowance.
Ongoing training and career progression in a dynamic company environment.
