• New Business Development: Be a trailblazer, proactively identifying and pursuing untapped opportunities through cold calling, networking, and strategic lead generation.
• Lead Qualification and Management: Masterfully qualify leads, conducting in-depth needs assessments to truly understand potential clients' challenges and aspirations.
• Sales Presentations and Proposals: Craft and deliver captivating sales presentations and proposals that showcase the undeniable value of our products or services.
• Negotiation and Closing: Skillfully negotiate contracts and seal the deal, consistently exceeding company objectives.
• Relationship Management: Foster and nurture lasting relationships with new and existing clients, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.
• Market Research and Analysis: Stay ahead of the curve, conducting thorough market research and competitive analysis to uncover emerging trends and opportunities.
• Sales Reporting: Maintain meticulous records of your sales activity and provide insightful reports to management. Requirements:
• Proven Success: A minimum of 5 years of experience in new business development with a track record of exceeding sales targets.
• Hunter Mentality: A self-motivated, results-oriented individual with an unyielding drive to uncover new business and close deals.
• Exceptional Communication Skills: The ability to build rapport quickly, establish trust, and effectively communicate value propositions.
• Negotiation Prowess: A skilled negotiator able to secure favorable terms and maximize profitability.
• Presentation Expertise: The ability to craft compelling presentations and proposals that leave a lasting impression.
• Organization and Time Management: Excellent organizational skills and the ability to juggle multiple priorities with ease.
• Technical Skills: Experience with frameworks, bids/tenders, and CRM software (HubSpot preferred).
• Industry Knowledge: Experience in industries with large product catalogs (e.g., Plant/Temporary Works Hire) is a plus.
