Role Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to lead, coach, and motivate a team of Risk Account Managers (RAMs) across South Australia and Northern Territory. The successful candidate will be responsible for achieving protection and insurance sales objectives, ensuring compliance with regulatory obligations, and fostering a culture of integrity.

Skills and Experience

Proven Sales Professional: Demonstrated success in sales, particularly within the B2B SME market.
Leadership: Established experience as a people leader with a background in insurance.
Interpersonal Skills: Ability to build strong relationships with key stakeholders, including Underwriting and Claims Leaders.
Regulatory Compliance: Experience in operating within a regulated environment and conducting compliance reviews.
Autonomy and Travel: Capability to work independently in a field and home-based role, with a willingness to travel.
Qualifications

RG146 Compliance: It is essential for the candidate to be RG146 compliant.
Responsibilities

Sales Objectives: Lead the team to achieve agreed sales metrics.
Team Development: Provide product knowledge training, sales skills coaching, and support career development.
Stakeholder Relationships: Develop strong relationships to deliver win/win outcomes for Members, RAMs, and the business.
Compliance: Ensure adherence to regulatory obligations and manage outcomes in line with Risk Advisory & Audit policy.
Integrity: Promote and adhere to Capricorn's Code of Conduct, ensuring ethical and professional behavior.
