One of our top clients in India are looking for experienced Sales Manager for our hospital software solutions division. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for selling hospital software products to healthcare organizations in the Hyderabad region. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in sales, specifically in selling software solutions within the healthcare industry.
Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve and exceed sales targets for hospital software products.
• Identify and target potential customers in the healthcare industry, focusing on hospitals, clinics, and healthcare networks in Hyderabad.
• Build and nurture relationships with key decision-makers, influencers, and stakeholders to understand their software needs and challenges.
• Conduct effective product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the features and benefits of our hospital software solutions.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop targeted sales campaigns and initiatives to generate leads and increase brand awareness.
• Proactively identify new business opportunities and cultivate existing accounts to drive revenue growth and customer satisfaction.
• Prepare and deliver compelling sales proposals, negotiate pricing, and close deals with customers.
• Provide exceptional customer support and ensure smooth implementation and integration of our software solutions.
• Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and advancements in hospital software to stay ahead of the market.
• Generate accurate sales forecasts, analyze sales performance, and provide insights and recommendations to senior management.
Requirements:
• 5-10 years of proven experience as a Sales Manager, with a focus on selling software solutions, preferably within the healthcare industry.
• In-depth knowledge of the healthcare sector, particularly hospital operations and workflows.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients.
• Track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets within a defined territory or market.
• Strong negotiation, presentation, and closing skills, with a customer-centric approach.
• Self-motivated and results-driven, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Familiarity with CRM software and other sales tools to manage and track sales activities.
• Willingness to travel within the Hyderabad region as needed for client meetings and industry events.
• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
• Existing network and contacts within the healthcare industry in Hyderabad would be advantageous.
