The ideal candidate would be the one who is responsible for overseeing and managing the sales activities of a team of Sales Reps assigned to a residential project. The Sales Manager's primary role is to ensure that the sales targets for assigned projects are met or exceeded, and appropriate revenue generation is happening. The Sales Manager will also be responsible for managing and mentoring the sales team to achieve their targets and develop their skills. ➤ Industry: Real Estate ➤ Location: Gandhinagar and Ahmedabad ➤ Work Type: Full-time | Work from Site office ➤ Salary - up to 50k/ Month ➤ Lock-in terms exist: 2-3 Year ➤ Preference: Local Candidate ➤ Only looking for long-term association & genuine candidates. Ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction by providing a positive experience to all walk-in and tele-calling clients. Qualifying and profiling clients to understand their requirements and preferences. Increasing the number of follow-up visits by successfully engaging with clients and building trust. Contributing to the overall sales and revenue targets for the organization Meeting monthly and quarterly sales targets for the project. Building customer confidence in the project and product and ensuring customer satisfaction. Build and Manage CP Relations for the assigned project. Managing and mentoring the team of Assistant Sales Managers, Sales Executives, or Tele Callers to achieve their targets and develop their skills.
