Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Manager for Events and Sponsorships to join our team, focusing on hardcore sales within the events industry. The ideal candidate will be passionate about our products, highly motivated, and capable of driving sales growth in a fast-paced and competitive environment. This role requires a strong understanding of the events industry and the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:
• Sales Generation:
• Develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Identify potential customers in the events industry and establish a sales pipeline.
• Conduct cold calls, prospecting, and networking to generate leads.
• Close sales deals through persuasive communication and effective negotiation.
• Client Relationship Management:
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
• Understand clients' needs and tailor product solutions to meet their requirements.
• Provide excellent customer service and support to ensure client satisfaction.
• Hardcore Sales:
• Hardcore sales typically refer to positions that involve selling products or services directly to customers or businesses. These roles often require a high level of persuasion, negotiation skills, and the ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
• Hardcore sales can be found in various industries, including retail, real estate, automotive, telecommunications, and more.
• Responsibilities may include prospecting for new clients, building and maintaining relationships with customers, conducting sales presentations, handling objections, and closing deals.
• Sales professionals in this category are often motivated by commission-based compensation structures, where their earnings are tied to their sales performance.
• Event Sales:
• Event sales typically involve selling event-related services or products, such as event planning services, tickets, sponsorships, or booth spaces at trade shows and exhibitions.
• Event sales professionals may work for event management companies, venues, or event technology providers.
• Their responsibilities may include identifying potential clients, developing event sales strategies, negotiating contracts, and ensuring that clients' needs are met to create successful events.
• Event salespeople often need to have strong interpersonal skills and the ability to tailor their sales pitches to meet the unique needs of clients who are planning events.
• Event Coordination:
• Collaborate with event planners and organizers to integrate our products into their events.
• Attend events and trade shows to showcase our products and generate leads.
• Coordinate product demonstrations and presentations at events.

6. Sales Reporting:
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, leads, and customer interactions.
• Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management.
• Analyze sales data to identify opportunities for improvement.

7. Team Collaboration:

a. Work closely with the sales team and product development team to gather market feedback and refine product offerings.

b. Share industry insights and market trends with colleagues.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
• Proven track record in hardcore sales, preferably within the events industry.
• Strong understanding of event planning and execution.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a high level of initiative.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in CRM software and sales tracking tools.
• Willingness to travel to events and client meetings as needed
