Key Responsibilities:
• Sales Strategy Development: The Sales Manager will analyze market trends and customer insights to identify new business opportunities and create strategies to drive growth. They will focus on converting leads into active sales through seamless transitions from prospecting to closing.
• Sales Operations Management: The Sales Manager will optimize sales processes and tools in collaboration with the operations team. They will manage the sales pipeline, ensuring efficient lead progression, while monitoring forecasting and performance metrics to boost conversions.
• Team Leadership & Development: The Sales Manager will lead the sales team, setting clear expectations and providing training and resources to help them convert leads and achieve sales targets.
• Revenue Growth & Customer Retention: The Sales Manager will drive customer acquisition and retention strategies, lead pricing negotiations, and track KPIs to ensure revenue growth and strengthen relationships.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: The Sales Manager will work closely with marketing, product, and customer success teams to align sales efforts with company goals and share insights to enhance strategies.
• Market Intelligence & Competitive Analysis: The Sales Manager will stay on top of market trends and competitors, refining sales strategies and adjusting tactics to maintain a competitive edge.
• Lead Engagement and Conversion: The Sales Manager will prioritize MQLs and develop strategies to convert them into sales, especially in new markets like EdTech.
• Meeting Management & Follow-Up: The Sales Manager will prepare for meetings by understanding prospect needs and follow up promptly to maintain engagement.
• Sales Process Ownership: The Sales Manager will manage the pipeline, ensuring smooth transitions from lead engagement to closure, and track all contracts and documentation with the clients.

Qualifications:
• Experience: 5+ years in B2B sales, or personal branding (LinkedIn expertise highly preferred).
• Technical Skills: Strong understanding of sales processes, sales strategies, forecasting, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM systems, and analytics tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
• Soft Skills: Strong commercial acumen, leadership, negotiation, problem-solving, cross-functional collaboration, team leadership, and performance management.
• Attributes : Results-driven, innovative, and passionate about education and technology.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
