• Good Market Research Skills (to find new customers and new products) and Marketing skills
• Customer Relationship Management.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills (in English).
• The drive and energy to manage multiple accounts while looking for new opportunities.
• Strong time management skills.
• Computer skills ,especially MS Excel & Word ,to collect ,store and maintain customer Data.
Responsibilities
• Researching for New Customers for ouer products based on its applications in various industries.
• Providing support for clients by learning about their Product requirements and then providing quotations for products and following up the same to take orders.
• Taking care of existing account management and client communications and achieving regular inquiries for products and following up for orders.
• Discovering client's business needs and proposing appropriate requirements and solutions.
• Track and coordinate all the activities occurring for each account. (Such as Dispatch of Orders, Payment Receivables, etc
