Job Description: Sales & Marketing Executive (Cling Wrap)

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales & Marketing Executive to join our team and lead the marketing efforts for our cling wrap product line. As a Sales & Marketing Executive, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective marketing strategies to drive sales and increase market share.

Responsibilities:

1. Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans to promote our cling wrap products, targeting both B2B and B2C segments.

2. Identify and explore new market opportunities, analyze market trends, and stay updated with industry developments to drive product growth.

3. Conduct market research to identify customer needs, preferences, and competitor activities, and utilize this information to create targeted marketing campaigns.

4. Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and retailers to expand product reach and increase sales volume.

5. Collaborate with the product development team to enhance existing cling wrap products and develop new offerings based on market demands.

6. Plan and execute promotional activities such as trade shows, exhibitions, and product demonstrations to create brand awareness and generate leads.

7. Monitor sales performance and analyze data to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to achieve sales targets.

8. Provide regular reports on sales and marketing activities, market trends, and competitor analysis to the management team.

+. Work closely with the sales team to provide marketing support and ensure effective communication of product features and benefits to customers.

10. Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends and leverage various online platforms to increase brand visibility and drive online sales.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

2. Proven track record of at least 3-5 years in sales and marketing, preferably in the FMCG industry.

3. Strong knowledge of marketing principles, strategies, and best practices.

4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.

5. Results-oriented mindset with a proven ability to achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth.

6. Proficiency in market research and data analysis.

7. Familiarity with digital marketing platforms, social media, and e-commerce.

8. Creative thinking and problem-solving skills to develop innovative marketing campaigns.

10. Willingness to travel for client meetings, trade shows, and other marketing events.
