Sales Marketing Manager

Key Responsibilities:
• Build strong relationships with clients, understand their needs, and

identify opportunities to engage with them in a personalised way.
• Develop and execute marketing and sales strategies to boost the brand

recall value for the jeweller brand.
• Collaborate with the design team to develop unique gifting and PR

ideas that will help to create an emotional connection with clients.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, and use this

knowledge to identify new opportunities for the jeweller brand.
• Work closely with the sales team to ensure that task targets are met,

and that clients receive exceptional service.
• Track and report on the effectiveness of marketing and sales

initiatives, and make recommendations for improvement where necessary.
• Acquiring reports of existing agencies working with the brand and

making weekly/ monthly reports as required.
• Communicating with other agencies as and when required.
• Thinking out of the box to outreach our PAN India clients.

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Sales, Business, or a related field.
• At least 1 years of experience in marketing and sales roles,

preferably in the luxury industry.
• Proven track record of building strong relationships with clients and

driving sales growth.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Creative mindset, with the ability to develop unique and personalised

ideas.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to work flexible hours as required.
• Willing to travel if necessary.
