Responsibilities:
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with builders, architects, interior designers, and end consumers to promote and sell our premium selection of natural stones.
• Identify and engage with potential clients, understanding their needs and presenting tailored natural stone solutions.
• Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and market demands to provide insightful recommendations and strategies.
• Conduct regular market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities and expand the company's customer base.
• Organize and participate in industry events, exhibitions, and networking opportunities to increase brand visibility and drive sales.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective sales materials, campaigns, and promotional activities.
• Provide exceptional customer service and follow-up to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty, resolving any issues promptly and effectively.

Desired Skill Set:
• Post Graduate degree/MBA or Undergraduate degree with 5-8 years of experience in sales, marketing and business development.
• Prior experience in the natural stone, building materials, real estate, architecture, or interior designing industry is an asset.
• Team player with excellent leadership skills.
• Great interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong ability to build and maintain professional relationships with builders, architects, interior designers, and end consumers.
• Proven experience in managing and engaging with high-net-worth individuals (HNI customers).
• Up-to-date with industry trends and market demands to provide insightful recommendations and strategies.
• Proficiency in MS Office, including PowerPoint and Excel
