Job Overview:

We are looking for a results-driven Sales and Marketing Head to spearhead our sales and marketing efforts. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing effective sales and marketing strategies, driving revenue growth, and expanding our customer base. This role requires a visionary leader with a proven track record in IT product sales and marketing, excellent communication skills, and the ability to inspire and lead a high-performing team.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Planning:
• Develop and implement comprehensive sales and marketing strategies to achieve business objectives and revenue targets.
• Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and differentiation.

Team Leadership:
• Recruit, train, and manage a high-performing sales and marketing team.

Sales Management:
• Oversee the entire sales process from lead generation to deal closure.
• Foster relationships with key clients and partners to enhance business opportunities.
• Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to optimize effectiveness.

Marketing Management:
• Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns to promote brand awareness and lead generation.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling content, collateral, and digital assets.
• Utilize data and analytics to measure the success of marketing initiatives and adjust strategies accordingly.

Customer Focus:
• Understand customer needs and market dynamics to ensure the alignment of products and services with market demands.
• Champion a customer-centric approach throughout the organization.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
• Proven experience in sales and marketing leadership roles within the IT product industry.
• Strong understanding of technology trends and market dynamics.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
• Ability to think strategically and execute tactically
