Sales Marketing Manager

Upcoming Lifestyle Club is looking for an experienced Sales amp; Marketing Manager who can manage Sales amp; marketing activities and can lead the growing team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales amp; marketing, an ability to manage the team, and a strong track record of delivering results.

Key Responsibilities
• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies that support business goals and objectives.
• Coordination with Marketing amp; Sales service providing 3rd party agencies.
• Manage and coordinate marketing campaigns, promotions, and events.
• Lead market research efforts to gather customer insights and inform marketing strategies.
• Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure that marketing efforts are aligned with business goals.
• Manage budgets and allocate resources to ensure maximum impact and efficiency.
• Stay uptodate with industry trends and market developments, and recommend changes to the marketing strategy as needed.
• Manage and mentor marketing team members to ensure their professional growth and development.

Requirements
• A bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field would be an added advantage.
• 3 years of experience in marketing management.
• Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
