Role -Sales Officer Reports to: DSM Qualification:- Graduation Location-Jaipur, Jodhpur, Udaipur, Bikaner Job Description- • Appointing and Managing Distributors Improve relationships with existing distributors, retailers and wholesalers by ensuring timely claim management, providing them the right products and services of the company and consider their issues and resolve them on time. Give rates to distributors and take bookings from them. Also, monitor the pending contracts and pending claims for future billing. Identify gaps in the current required number of distributors, Screen and shortlist the potential distributors to fill this gap. • Ensure Target Achievement Cascade the target given by the District Sales Manager to the team and ensure that the target is achieved for his region Decide the weekly targets and ensure its achievement. Take stock of their daily sales and ask reason for gaps if any. • Inventory Management Physically monitor the closing stock of the distributor on a weekly basis and check the availability of stock in the market from Customer Representatives. • Handling Trade Schemes Convey the new schemes started by the company to the team and distributors and ensure effective implementation of these schemes in the market. • Keeping track on competitor activity To track competitors' products at the distributors point and keep an eye on the offers and schemes of the competitors. • Data Management and Reporting Keep a record of the given and the achieved targets Keep a track on Weekly Target Achievement Analyze the monthly sales and present it to the Area Sales Manager.
