Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Casa Sales Executive to join India's leading bank. As a Casa Sales Executive, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our Casa (Current Account and Savings Account) products to individuals and businesses. You will play a key role in acquiring new customers, building relationships, and achieving sales targets. The ideal candidate will have a strong sales background, excellent communication skills, and a passion for providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

Acquire New Customers: Identify and prospect potential customers for Casa products through various channels such as cold calling, referrals, networking, and lead generation activities.

Sales Target Achievement: Consistently achieve or exceed assigned sales targets by actively promoting Casa products, cross-selling, and upselling to existing customers, and closing sales opportunities.

Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty to the organization. Provide personalized assistance, financial advice, and product information to customers as needed.

Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with the features, benefits, and pricing of Casa products. Educate customers on the advantages and suitability of different Casa products based on their financial needs and goals.

Customer Service Excellence: Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the sales process and beyond. Address customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and provide timely and accurate information to ensure a positive customer experience.

Market Intelligence: Keep abreast of market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments related to Casa products. Provide feedback and insights to the management team to enhance product offerings and stay ahead of the competition.

Documentation and Compliance: Ensure all sales-related documentation, including customer applications, agreements, and contracts, are completed accurately and in compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.

Sales Reporting: Prepare regular sales reports and updates on sales activities, pipeline, and performance metrics. Present findings to the sales manager, highlighting achievements, challenges, and recommendations for improvement.

Qualifications and Skills:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
Proven track record of success in sales, preferably in the banking or financial services industry.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence customers effectively.
Excellent negotiation and closing skills, with the ability to identify customer needs and tailor solutions accordingly.
Knowledge of banking products and services, particularly Casa products, is highly desirable.
Familiarity with sales techniques, CRM systems, and sales performance metrics.
Ability to work independently, set priorities, and manage time effectively.
Demonstrated problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to overcoming challenges.
High level of integrity, professionalism, and customer focus.
Fluency in written and spoken English; additional language skills may be advantageous.
