Job Overview
• Position: Sales Officer - Executive
• Salary: As per company standards

• Job Type: Full-Time Banking Job
• Work Schedule: Day Shift
• Experience Range: 1–6 years

Key Responsibilities
• Acquire customers for Current and Savings Account (CASA) products from a pool of individuals, small businesses, trusts, associations, societies, and corporates.
• Cross-sell additional banking products such as Insurance, Gold, Lockers, Fixed Deposits (FDs), and Asset Products.
• Provide exceptional customer service for three months post-acquisition before transferring accounts to the Relationship Officer (RO).
• Ensure adherence to branch/channel processes and guidelines in Bhubaneswar.
• Organize promotional and customer events regularly to generate leads.
• Identify relationships with potential for additional revenue, growing business volumes, and increasing customer share.

Qualification Requirements
• Experience: Minimum 6 months in CASA or other banking product sales.
• Education: Graduate with at least 60% marks or equivalent CGPA.
• Age: Between 21–36 years.
• Local Knowledge: Familiarity with Bhubaneswar and surrounding areas.
• Other Skills:
• Good communication, presentation, and client-relationship management skills.
• Basic knowledge of BFSI (Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance) products.
• Additional Requirements:
• Must own a vehicle to facilitate corporate deal closures.
• Willingness to travel extensively across Bhubaneswar.
