Job Description for the post of Sales Officer
• The Sales Officer is responsible for the strategic commercial development of the business across General trade (All Beauty Counter),incorporating all aspects of optimizing it, including sales, management, operations, and collaboration with the marketing, merchandising and education teams.
• The candidate should have 4– 6 years of relevant experience in the current managerial role.
• Candidates will be purely of COLOR COSMETICS field and worked like companies of COLORBAR, LAKME, and SUGAR OR ETCJob Responsibilities:
• Importantly she/he knows the complete route of DELHI of GT MARKET and they should know by the name of SHOP & OWNERs
• We need someone experience of 5 to 6 years from GT market and their NETWORK should be much stronger to RECRUIT NEW BA for any counter in NEW DELHI
• Apply and lead the commercial business strategy at the area level to achieve sell-in and sell-out sales targets
• Responsible for achieving Primary & Secondary Targets in the given territory
• Act as guarantor for the image and policy of his/her brands in his/her area
• Develop trusting relationships with Retailer’s in the area, including the new Retailer’s in the area of specific management
• Perform monthly monitoring of the sales in/out for the major accounts
• Motivate sales teams in the area: recruit, develop, ensure the development of their expertise
• Coordination between the Retailer’s and sales teams (BA) at the field level to ensure unified execution of sales.
• Maintain close cooperation between the area sales force and regional sales and business management
• Contribute to and coordinate the winning of new Retailer’s
• Responsible for appointing Retailer’s in new potential areas.
• Co-ordination with all internal teams and departments for all the planning, execution and processes.Key Deliverables:

• Target brand- Lakme, Colorbar, Nykaa, Sugar
