Role: Sales Operations Executive (MIS)

Responsibilities:
• Manage and maintain accurate and up-to-date sales data, including customer records.
• sales pipelines, and contracts.
• Expected to focus on outreach, prospecting, and lead qualification.
• Proven communication skills with the ability to set expectations and manage difficult conversations.
• Responsible for achieving set targets.
• Organizing data and generating deep insights to enhance sales productivity and effectiveness.
• Analyze sales data and metrics to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement.

Requirements:
• Proven Graduation in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field
• 1-3 years of experience in sales operations, sales support, or a similar role
• Knowledge of sales processes, methodologies, and techniques
• Proficient in using CRM systems and MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Familiarity with data analysis and reporting tools

Salary: Up to ₹33,333.33 per month
