Integraate Innovations seeking a highly motivated Sales Operations Manager. You will be responsible for assisting sales leadership in driving operational excellence. You will be the owner of our CRM, salesforce.com, and provide day-to-day support for the sales team.
In this role, you will establish and own efficient and effective processes to help enable revenue growth and drive productivity, specifically within the sales team. As Sales Operations Manager, you are responsible for ensuring that the sales team consistently and correctly uses the systems/tools/processes you establish.
Responsibilities
• Implement, improve, and own the sales processes to support lead generation, current customer management, and overall sales initiatives.
• Manage and maintain sales data in salesforce.com (CRM) and other software programs
• Provide reports, modeling, forecasts, and data based on KPIs and statistical studies for the sales team and company
• Manage and maintain sales process adherence with the sales team and other Integraate team members as needed
• Assist the sales team with pipeline and opportunity reviews
• Assist with the onboarding and training process of new sales team members as needed
• Work with Finance to manage and control billing processes for accounts and customers
• Collaborate with the marketing team to build a sales funnel and lead generation
• Possess the knowledge and ability to understand the strategic direction and goals of the sales team and establish and support processes to help achieve business goals
Requirements and Qualifications:
• 3+ years of experience in Sales Operations
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and willingness to be prompt and responsive
• Proficiency with Salesforce, Salesforce ADM-201 Certification is a must
• Proficiency with Google Suite and Microsoft Office, HubSpot / Mailchimp experience is a plus
• Must have a “problem-solver” attitude and be willing to explore and create efficient processes and solutions
• Nimble and open to adapting to shifts in priorities and projects
• Willing to work in EMEA shift to coordinate with business stakeholders
• Basic Salesforce configuration skill is a big plus
