Full job description
Regency Showerscreens & Wardrobes has an immediate opportunity for a Sales Representative to join the business out of our Bendigo office. This is a on the road role where you will be given plenty of autonomy to manage your working week. Specialising in wardrobes, shower screens, mirrors, and splashbacks, Regency is an industry leader in the field.
Reporting to the General Manager, this exciting opportunity will see you manage existing relationships and drive new sales across the territory.
The successful candidate must be self motivated and always present a professional image. With a background in the building game or trade or sales, you must demonstrate your consultative sales approach to clients. Customer service must be at the forefront of every interaction and your ability to problem solve for a win-win outcome will be imperative.
Responsibilities
Process purchase orders from builders, complete site measures and order required Regency products
Drive to customers building sites to complete necessary measures and consultations
Create product orders on company software and record customer details in a CRM system
Recommend Regency products to match the needs of each customer
Ability to liaise with a wide variety of trade & retail customers and establish excellent relationships
Build and maintain new customer relationships to create increased sales opportunities
Be a product expert so you are giving the right advice to all customers
Grow the business in the Bendigo and surrounding region
Work as a team with installation, administration, logistics and factory staff
About You
Excellent communication skills with the ability to build instant rapport with customers & staff
Ability to work autonomously and be self-driven, whilst being part of a successful team
Proven record in a trade based or sales position
Desire and ability to develop technical product, industry and standards knowledge
Strong administrative and organisational skills
Competent with MS Office Word, Excel and Outlook.
