Role Description
We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team on a contract basis. This remote role focuses on driving sales of our electromechanical bike and car parking solutions. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and engaging potential clients, nurturing customer relationships, and achieving sales targets. Collaboration with internal teams and remote communication with clients will be essential to drive business growth and address customer needs.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and pursue new business opportunities for electromechanical parking solutions.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, including builders, developers, and architects.
Conduct site surveys and provide technical consultations to recommend appropriate parking solutions.
Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
Negotiate contracts and manage the sales process from lead generation to project handover.
Collaborate with engineering and project management teams to ensure solutions meet client requirements.
Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and market developments.
Qualifications
Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in the construction, building, or architectural solutions sectors.
Strong sales and negotiation skills with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting.
Knowledge of sheet metal crafting or related industries is a plus.
Preferred Skills
Ability to conduct market research and analysis to inform sales strategies.
