Key Responsibilities:
Lead Gathering:
Research and identify potential leads through various sources such as online directories, social media platforms, industry events, and referrals.
Conduct market research to understand customer needs, preferences, and trends.
Collaborate with marketing teams to identify target customer profiles and create effective lead generation strategies.
Lead Cleaning and Organizing:
Evaluate and qualify leads based on predefined criteria to ensure the leads are viable and aligned with the company's target market.
Verify and update lead information, including contact details, company size, industry, and other relevant data.
Organize and maintain lead databases and CRM systems to ensure accurate and up-to-date information.
Categorize and prioritize leads based on their potential value and readiness for sales engagement.
Cold Calling and Lead Nurturing:
Initiate outbound calls to prospective customers to introduce the company's products or services, establish rapport, and gather further information.
Engage in consultative selling by understanding customer needs, addressing inquiries, and highlighting the value proposition.
Build and maintain relationships with leads through regular follow-ups, emails, and personalized communication.
Provide product demonstrations or presentations to potential customers, addressing their specific pain points and offering tailored solutions.
Track and monitor progress with leads, ensuring timely and efficient follow-up actions to move leads through the sales funnel.
Sales Reporting and Collaboration:
Maintain accurate and detailed records of all sales activities, including leads generated, calls made, meetings scheduled, and deals closed.
Generate regular reports on sales metrics, such as conversion rates, pipeline status, and revenue projections, to provide insights for management decision-making.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as marketing, product development, and customer support, to align sales efforts and achieve overall business objectives.
Continuously update knowledge on industry trends, competitor activities, and product enhancements to effectively position the company's offerings in the market.
Skills and Qualifications:
Proven 1+ year of experience as a Sales Executive or similar role, preferably in B2B sales, in the same industry or similar.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with proficiency in English.
Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport and establish relationships with potential customers.
Ability to conduct effective cold calls, overcoming objections and maintaining a positive attitude.
Good understanding of sales principles and techniques, including consultative selling and relationship building.
Familiarity with CRM software and lead management tools for data organization and tracking.
Self-motivated and target-driven, with a passion for achieving and exceeding sales goals.
Excellent time management and organizational skills to prioritize tasks and manage a high volume of leads.
Adaptability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and quickly learn about new products or industry trends.
