Job Summary:

The Sales Representative will be responsible for driving sales and expanding our market share in the eyewear industry. This role requires a results-driven individual with a strong understanding of the eyewear market, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with opticians, retailers, and distributors to promote and sell our eyewear products.
• Identify new business opportunities and establish partnerships with potential clients.
• Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and objectives.
• Conduct market research to understand customer needs, preferences, and industry trends.
• Present and demonstrate products to clients, highlighting their features and benefits.
• Provide after-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction and foster long-term relationships.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and strategies to boost sales.
• Monitor competitor activities and report insights to the management team.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and sales performance.
• Attend industry events, trade shows, and product launches to network and promote the brand.

Qualifications and Skills:
• Graduate or Post Graduate
• 2-3 years of experience in sales within the eyewear industry.
• Strong understanding of the eyewear market, including trends, competitors, and customer preferences.
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
• Willingness to travel frequently to meet with clients and attend events.
