Sales Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct online and offline sales of our jewellery products to customers in a professional manner
Build and maintain good relationships with customers, identifying their needs and providing appropriate product recommendations
Achieve sales targets and KPIs set by the company
Provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction
Work collaboratively with the team to ensure the smooth running of the store
Maintain accurate records of sales and inventory
Requirements:

At least 1 year of experience in sales, preferably in the jewellery industry
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Good understanding of online sales platforms and social media marketing
Strong sales skills and ability to persuade and negotiate with customers
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure
Good organizational and time-management skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
