With this role we need your help and skills to guide our customers and drive sales with your experience in the end to end process of Sales Support and Customer Service (ideally from the distribution of products sector). We have so much to offer in our range of food containment products and your experience will really help us.

With more and more customers coming onboard, thanks to our hardworking team, we are needing help with the day to day processes. It is a busy place so experience in handling many balls is definitely going to help you. Our team always goes the extra mile in supporting someone new coming into the office.

If you like an office environment and are hands on with operations, problem solving and can think on your feet, then we would love to talk to you about our exciting end to end Sales Support role. We need to keep up the good work for both current and new customers.

Things we would like you to do:

- Providing Supporting our Customer Service and Sales Team

- Maintain and build great Customer relationships

- Enjoy the reward of guiding our Customers in their decision making

- End to end Customer Service and Sales

- Processing orders, answering customer queries, walk-ins and emails

- Prioritising your workflow

- Customer care

- Problem solving

- Excellent communication skills, both verbal & written

- Strong computer and system skills

- Can demonstrate a good track record in sales/customer service

Skill sets that would really help.

- 4 to 5 years experience in Sales Support

- New Zealand experience

- Any qualifications gained in your past role experience

- A passion for Customer Care
