As our Sales Support & Administration professional, you are responsible for carrying out coordination and support tasks to ensure effective customer service and smooth order fulfilment. Our key attributes of excellent service include providing timely responses, maintaining professional communication, having a customer-centric attitude, and always ensuring our clients are satisfied with our performance and delivery. You will work closely with sales personnel, customers, partners, and internal teams, and report to the Business Development Manager — Aage Hempel India.
TASKS:
• Provide after-sales and backroom support to the sales team.
• Liaise with sales personnel, customers, and partners to ensure proper fulfilment of orders.
• Handle and resolve customer issues related to the fulfilment and delivery process.
• Coordinate and schedule activities related to customer orders.
• Plan the timely allocation of engineers, partners, and other resources to meet delivery deadlines.
• Ensure all jobs are finalized and closed with the necessary documentation (invoices, reports, delivery orders, etc.)
• Manage purchasing activities in line with customer requirements, ensuring timely delivery to support fulfilment.
• Use the company ERP and Ticketing System as your primary tools for daily operations.
• Regularly update and upload all sales-related documents into the ERP system in a timely manner.
• Assist in jointly updating the quarterly GST reports with Aage Hempel HQ to meet submission deadlines.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
• Prior experience in sales support, administration, logistics, or order processing.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Office.
• Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment.
• Detail-oriented, with a proactive and customer-focused mindset.
