Generates and processes new sales leads as necessary. Should be passionate to execute their responsibilities effectively to achieve targets & KRA’s. To ensure execution of Freight Forwarding sales support process on Systems and roles are completed as per prescribed timelines with excellent accuracy on data quality.
Handle business communication via emails and verbal communication via phone and in person; with Clients / Customers and Stakeholders, Team Members and Managers
Ensure to handle and resolve process issues / systems issues / understanding issues / stakeholder challenges if any; for the Team and to come up with mitigation actions and improvement plans
Suggest improvement areas as identified while performing on the processes. Should be Quality driven, to ensure Quality Objectives are achieved on the service being provided by the team to Customers Stakeholder Support -
Manage External and Internal Stakeholders, and effectively handle AAA – Key Customers
Ensure self is well equipped with knowledge and skill to handle Customer Queries and or Complaints, Disputes and Service related discussions
Team Support – Support Team members to achieve targets and KRA’s as assigned by Team Leader Support Team Leader for Teams Performance and Leave / back up management in the team.
Personal Traits:
Should have an eye for detail, excellent knowledge of computer operations and application like MS OFFICE – Word, Excel, and PowerPoint / Internet Browsers
Knowledge and Experience on Freight Forwarding application is a must.

Salary: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
