The role requires a strong background in Digital Transformation and Enterprise Application modernization strategy and execution, with hands-on experience in advisory and program delivery leadership. Responsibilities
• Lead and advise clients on the planning, delivery, and management of Enterprise Application transformation and modernization initiatives

• Help grow and shape the Digital & Tech Modernization practice by contributing thought leadership and experience to its products and service offerings

• Drive business development through the deepening of existing Point B client relationships and the identification of new clients not yet served

Requirements
• Earned a B.A. or B.S. degree

• 6-8+ years of experience in Digital Transformation and Enterprise Application modernization strategy and execution

• Hands-on experience in Enterprise Application modernization advisory, and program/delivery leadership

• Experience and subject matter expertise related to Enterprise Application SaaS solutions: CRM, SCM, ERP, POS, Restaurant Front of House and Back of House Applications

• Enterprise Architecture Planning, selection, & implementation strategic advisory project services
,
• Developed holistic strategies (people, process, technology) for client Enterprise-wide Applications initiatives
,
• Built and cultivated business relationships and contributed to the growth of a practice area

• Demonstrated an ability to serve and act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership teams
