ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
• Motivate, train and handle team members in order to improve their sales performance.
• Schedule and conduct weekly sales meetings and achieving targets. To generate business through leads given by the company or to generate own leads.
• Reaching the targets and goals set for his team.
• Schedule and conduct daily / weekly sales meetings.
• Report on sales activities to senior management.
• Compiling and analysing sales figures.
• Creating an inspiring team environment with an open communication culture.
• Delegating tasks and set deadlines for your internal team.
• Oversee day-to-day operation.
• Monitor team performance and report on metrics.
• Encourage creativity and risk-taking.
• Suggest and organize team building activities.
