Job description
An exciting opportunity to join a leading global player in the nutrition industry as a Sales Team Manager. We are looking for a results-oriented individual to develop the distribution team and drive business growth in the market. The ideal candidate will have experience in regional sales and a genuine interest in the nutrition/fitness industry.
• Conduct regular field visits with the team to provide insights, feedback, and reports
• Analyze relevant sales and statistics to identify strong and weak performing areas
• Identify local events and initiatives to align with company branding
• Develop marketing strategy based on metrics and promotional ideas
• Lead and influence sales initiatives and event content
• Collate and present field activities and insights in a professional manner
• Continuously foster sales activities and engagement
Experience required:
• Previous experience in a managerial or leadership role preferred
• Strong understanding of the nutrition industry, products, and market dynamics
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
• Ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
• Willingness to travel frequently within the assigned territory
