Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic Sales Trainer to join our team. As a Sales Trainer, you will play a critical role in ensuring that our sales team is equipped with the knowledge and skills necessary to excel in the luxury car sales domain. You will collaborate closely with the HR and Sales Leadership teams to onboard, orient, and train new employees, ensuring that they represent the epitome of luxury car sales professionalism.

Key Responsibilities:
• New Employee Onboarding:
• Collaborate with HR to facilitate a smooth onboarding process for new sales team members.
• Conduct orientation sessions to introduce new hires to the dealership's culture, values, and expectations.
• Ensure all necessary documentation and compliance requirements are met during onboarding.
• Training and Development:
• Develop and deliver comprehensive sales training programs tailored to the luxury car sales industry.
• Train sales team members on product knowledge, features, and specifications of luxury car models.
• Provide guidance on effective sales techniques, customer relationship management, and objection handling.
• Implement continuous learning and development initiatives to enhance the sales team's skills.
• Sales Process Enhancement:
• Work closely with Sales Leadership to identify areas for improvement in the sales process.
• Conduct regular assessments and evaluations of the sales team's performance and provide feedback for improvement.
• Collaborate in developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve dealership targets.
• Content Development:
• Create and maintain training materials, manuals, and resources for sales team members.
• Keep training materials up-to-date with the latest luxury car models, features, and market trends.
• Performance Tracking:
• Implement performance metrics and KPIs to monitor the effectiveness of training programs.
• Provide regular reports to Sales Leadership on the progress and development of the sales team.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
• Proven experience in sales training, preferably in the luxury car or automotive industry.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills.
• Ability to inspire, motivate, and mentor sales team members.
• Proficiency in training software and tools.
• Results-driven with a track record of improving sales team performance.
