Become part of the future of Conversational Commerce with Interakt - come and join us We are on the lookout for a dynamic individual to join the Sales Team. • *Haptik’s Hybrid Work Model**: - Haptik plans to operate in a hybrid work-model where our employees will have the flexibility to Work-from-Home (WFH) for up to 3 out of 5 working days every week. - In addition to Mumbai where we already have an office, places like Bangalore, Delhi/NCR and Pune will also have an office space soon in 2024 as many of our current employees are also based in these cities. Key Responsibilities: - End-to -End ownership of SDR team’s training requirements (new joiner as well as refresher training). - Design training curriculum and create training content (videos, case studies, playbook etc). - Proactively conduct skills gap analyses to identify areas of improvement. - Partner with Inside Sales Leadership to successfully transition new hires to production. - Show visible & measurable impact of training programs (e.g., MQLs / SQLs generated). - Monitor the progress of the salespeople you train.
