Job Title: Travel Insurance Sales
Location: Mumbai, Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Kolkata & Punjab
Experience: 2-10 years
Overview:
We are seeking dynamic and results-driven sales professionals to join our growing team in the
travel insurance vertical. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a fast-evolving domain
where you’ll contribute to building and expanding partnerships that drive revenue and impact.
The ideal candidate will be experienced in broking, B2B development, or strategic alliances
and has a proven ability to manage stakeholder relationships, negotiate effectively, and deliver consistent sales performance.
Responsibilities:
Channel Sales & Broking
• Develop and manage broker networks and channel partnerships.
• Ensure consistent performance and target achievement through partner engagement and training.
B2B Partnership Development
• Identify, pitch, and onboard new business partnerships (travel agents, OTAs, aggregators, etc.).
• Manage partner relationships end-to-end, including contract negotiation and account performance.
Strategic & Digital Alliances
• Build and manage alliances with digital platforms, fintechs, insurtechs, and other travel-related businesses.
• Work cross-functionally with internal teams to develop joint offerings and go-to-market plans.
Corporate Distribution
• Engage with corporates for group and employee travel insurance solutions.
• Work with decision-makers (HR/Admin/Travel Heads) to close enterprise-level opportunities.
Qualifications:
• A bachelor’s degree in any discipline is mandatory.
• 2–10 years of experience in travel insurance sales (either with a broker or an insurer).
• Strong understanding of insurance products, distribution channels, and sales processes.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and deliver results in a dynamic
• environment.
• Knowledge of the travel or insurance ecosystem will be an added advantage.
