JOB DESCRIPTION

Education :- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (construction-related degrees are a plus).

Eligibility :- Only male candidates can apply

Languages :- English, Hindi And Marathi

Experience :-
• Total Experience :- 4 years
• Minimum Experience :- 3 years

Key Responsibilities:
• Prospect and Lead Generation: Identify potential clients, projects, and opportunities through market research, networking, and industry analysis.
• Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients while establishing new ones. Understand client needs and preferences to tailor solutions that meet their construction requirements.
• Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy that aligns with company goals and objectives. Collaborate with the sales team to set targets and track progress.
• Presentation and Proposal: Create compelling sales presentations and proposals that showcase our construction capabilities and value proposition. Effectively communicate technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
• Market Analysis: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities. Provide insights and recommendations to adapt our sales strategies accordingly.
• Negotiation and Closing: Lead negotiations with potential clients to secure contracts and agreements. Ensure all deals are in alignment with company policies and profitability targets.
• Reporting: Prepare regular sales reports, including pipeline updates, revenue forecasts, and project status. Present findings to management and suggest adjustments to sales strategies as needed.
• Customer Satisfaction: Continuously monitor client satisfaction and gather feedback to improve service delivery. Address any concerns or issues promptly and professionally.

Other Qualifications:
• Proven track record of successful sales/business development experience in the construction industry.
• Strong understanding of construction processes, materials, and techniques.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Self-motivated, results-oriented, and driven to meet and exceed sales targets.
