Job Title: Salesforce Certinia FinancialForce Consultant/Developer/Administrator
Job Summary:
We are seeking a talented and experienced Salesforce Certinia FinancialForce professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Salesforce, FinancialForce, and Certinia, and be able to leverage this knowledge to deliver innovative solutions to our clients. This role requires a combination of technical expertise, business acumen, and strong problem-solving skills.
Responsibilities:
• Design, develop, and implement custom solutions on the Salesforce platform, with a focus on FinancialForce and Certinia.
• Configure and customize FinancialForce modules to meet client requirements, including project management, resource management, time and expense, and billing.
• Integrate Certinia with other Salesforce clouds (Sales, Service, Marketing) to create a unified customer view.
• Develop custom reports, dashboards, and workflows to provide valuable insights and automation.
• Provide ongoing support and maintenance for the Salesforce Certinia FinancialForce environment.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to the platform.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest Salesforce, FinancialForce, and Certinia features and best practices
