Responsibilities :
Knowledgeable in Microsoft word and pdf functionality
Customer focused attitude with ability to ask pertinent questions to
understand the root cause of the issues and identify the business impact to drive priority and response plan.
Ability to interact professionally with a diverse group of executives, managers, and subject matter experts.
Hands-on experience on system development, maintenance and support
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong prioritization and multitasking skills
Preferred requirements
3+ years platform management experience of Docgen, Docusign and CRM Tools(SFDC).
Good understanding of Object- Oriented Design concepts.
Exposure to typical design approaches such as client/server, SOA, etc.
Design and implement data structure, flows, processes, and declarative set-up.
Can execute more complex integrations using REST API integration
Prepare and manage deployments via deployment tools.
Knowledge of industry related technology and application
