Position: Salesforce Manufacturing Cloud Architect

Duration: Fulltime

Location – Bangalore/Hyderabad/Noida/Kolkata/Pune

Notice period – Immediate to 30 days max

Technical Leadership/Solution Design:
• With over 5+ years of experience, you should possess significant knowledge in developing technology solutions and have a track record of collaborating effectively within development teams, preferably utilizing Agile development techniques.
• Experience leading teams in the analysis of complex problems, and the design and implementation of related solutions.
• Salesforce.com integration experience, including between different business systems as well as working with integration tools with end-to-end implementation experience in building CRM solutions.
• A detailed understanding of Web Services, Data Modeling, and Enterprise application integration concepts, including experience with enterprise integration tools (ESBs and/or ETL tools), and common integration design patterns with enterprise systems
• Strong experience with configuration, customization, programming with APEX APIs, APEX Triggers, Apex classes, APEX Web services, API, AppExchange deployment, Salesforce.com s-controls. and implementing new instances of Salesforce.com from scratch.
• Additional Salesforce.com experience includes Workflow Alerts and Actions, Approval Workflow, Process Builders, and Lightning Flow.
• Strong practical deployment knowledge of Lightning, Apex and LWC. Omniscripts, FlexCards
• Ability to define the system landscape, identify gaps between current and desired end-states, and deliver a CRM solution.
• Understanding of DevOps and Release Management for large-scale transformation projects.
• A self-starter, adept at picking up new skills and technologies, and eager to break new ground
• Develop technical solution recommendations using Salesforce technology for complex customer use cases that align with the business value the customer is trying to achieve.
• Excellent communication skills to communicate with customers, partners, and internal team members
• Hands-On experience in Salesforce Sales/Service, Field Service and preferably Manufacturing Cloud of Service product.
• Salesforce/Apex, Apex Design Patterns, Triggers, Workflow Alerts and Actions, Process Builders, Lightning, LWC
• Data modeling, Process modeling tools, and best practices
• Application, design and development background
• Architectural Design Patterns
• Expertise in integrations with external systems and APIs (REST/SOAP)
• DevOps and Release management for large transformation projects
• Conduct regular code reviews to ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
• Implement and enforce quality assurance processes to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Take ownership of the development of complex Salesforce solutions.
• Work closely with developers to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
• Utilize programming languages and tools for customization, ensuring scalability and maintainability.
• Mentor and coach the Salesforce development team, fostering a culture of continuous learning.
• Provide training on advanced Salesforce development concepts and methodologies.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Act as a technical liaison between technical and non-technical teams.

Preferred Skills:-
• Experience with any Industry Cloud (formerly Vlocity) product (Financial Service Cloud, Communication, Manufacturing or Automotive Cloud etc).
• Experience with Omnistudio,Omniscripts,Data Raptors,Integration Procedures.
• Sales/Service Cloud,Apllication/System Architect,MFG Cloud AP certification
• Experience and domain knowledge of Manufacturing & Automotive Industry would be a plus
