• Support business requirements and deal with all the CRM needs of the client
• Provide customized solutions using the Salesforce platform
• Should have experience in designing, developing, documenting, testing, and modifying ongoing customization's and adjustments to the Salesforce.com platform, including Apex code and test classes.
• Should have a good understanding of Apex Classes, Apex Triggers, Visual force Pages, Lightning Framework, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Should have familiarity with the Force.com developer toolkit, including Force.com IDE, Force.com Migration Tool, Web Services/SOA, and Metadata APIs.
• Should have strong knowledge of the Salesforce Platform and including Sales and Service Cloud.
• Should have experience in integrating multiple systems with Salesforce, including both internal proprietary and third-party applications.
• Should have experience in automating existing workflows and processes using Apex & Visual force to build a robust platform.
• Should have experience in resolving user-reported issues or errors.
• Should have experience in administering and supporting installed App Exchange applications.
• Should assist in training new users and growing the Salesforce.com skill set across the organization.

Requirements
Candidate should :
• Self-motivation and a can-do attitude
• Post-graduate degree (Masters) in technical disciplines
• Solid communication skills and the ability to interact effectively with the customer
• Sound ability to analyze business needs, and experience of designing and implementing complex architectures
• Excellent knowledge of the Salesforce (3+ years of experience)
• Excellent knowledge of data modelling; specifically, knowledge of Data Relationships and Contact Builder in Salesforce Marketing Cloud is required.
• Excellent knowledge of SQL Query in Salesforce.
• Excellent knowledge of AMPScript.
• Excellent knowledge of Marketing Cloud APIs (Journey event API, REST/SOAP API, Web recommendation API)
• Good knowledge of integration methodologies between SFDC and SFMC
• Good knowledge of HTML5, CSS3 and the main Javascript frameworks (JQuery, Bootstrap, Vue JS, AngularJS, ReactJS, etc.)
• Knowledge of the Salesforce platform is considered an advantage.
• Knowledge of Java and GIT is considered an advantage

Candidate should be able to perform below :
• Account and business units set up
• Building HTML email and templates, Trigger,
• Transactional emails, Subscribers and Contacts segmentation, Automation set up and deployment, SQL Queries.
• Automation Studio, Journey set up and deployment, Journey Builder, Campaigns, Tracking and Reporting, ,
• Engage with business stakeholders to understand required capabilities, integrating business knowledge with technical
• solutions for the Salesforce implementation.
• Build and execute email marketing campaigns using Content Builder.
• Personalize email content for custom customer experience (i.e Dynamic Content, Advance Dynamic Content, AMPscript, etc.)
• Leverage AMP script for dynamic content to include information from data extensions in emails and to update data extensions with information from Cloud Pages landing pages.
• Work with Data Extensions and subscriber DE.
• Test Marketing Automations with dynamic content and multiple user paths.
• Design, optimize, and execute campaigns using strategies such as A/B Testing, throttled sending, etc.
• Proactively identify and resolve problems including client data feed issues.
• Knowledge about how data is managed between core salesforce.
