Note: Having Salesforce experience is mandatory

Project Management
• Manage the development and implementation of Salesforce projects
• Uses consulting skills, business knowledge, and Salesforce CRM experience to lead business / functional discussion with the client and internal teams (design, build, test teams).
• Demonstrate experience in Agile, Scrum and Waterfall methods for Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Collaborate with the Delivery team to achieve revenue realization goals.
• Ensure effective planning, milestone management, scope management, resource forecasting, financial management, change management, and utilization tracking for projects.
• Manage multiple projects with varying priorities, timelines, and resource requirements.
• Drive project reviews, make timely decisions, and ensure progress.
• Adapt plans based on evolving needs, conditions, or issues to deliver projects on time and with high quality.
• Provide weekly status reports to internal and external stakeholders.
• Work effectively with cross-functional teams to deliver projects.
• Participate in change request discussions for timely resolutions.
• Track team timesheets and project hours for utilization monitoring.
• Monitor and control project scope, addressing changes or deviations.
• Manage resources, bench, and foster continuous improvement in utilization management.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
• Well versed with FTE, Fixed scope and Managed services type of Projects.
• Salesforce certification is a plus

Client / Account Management
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, managing client relationships and ensuring highest level of client satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
• Status update to Clients on Project Progress and Manage client expectations, address concerns, and resolve issues in a timely and satisfactory manner
• Keep a track of billing milestones.
• Identify opportunities for additional services - up-sells/cross Sell.
• Monitor AMC contracts and support project for renewal
• Run Client retrospectives frequently and apply the feedback in projects.
• Build rapport with clients and mine the account.

Stakeholder Management:
• Engage and collaborate with stakeholders at various levels to understand business needs and align project objectives.
• Facilitate effective communication and foster strong relationships with stakeholders, vendors, and project team members.
• Present project updates, reports, and recommendations to senior management and executive stakeholders.
• Mentor Team and motivate them to grow in their career and skillsets
• Conflict management

Requirements
• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Masters degree is a plus.
• Well versed with SDLC and project methodologies
• Experience with Salesforce CRM (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud Etc.) and Data Integrations projects.
• Proven experience as a Project Manager, successfully delivering projects on time and within budget.
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and best practices.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver results within deadlines.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
• Experience in change management and user adoption strategies is a plus
• PMP & or Scrum certification is a plus
• Salesforce Admin or AppBuilder certification is a plus
