We are looking for a highly effective Salesforce Technical Architect to join our Salesforce and GOM Practice. An individual filling this role will provide thought leadership and consultation throughout the life cycle of Salesforce implementation projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Successful Client Engagements

Facilitate discovery, fit gap sessions with customer to understand the AS-IS state and gaps between current state and to-be state as well as industry best practices
Lead and support client engagements effectively, managing project scope, schedule, and overall quality of delivery from Salesforce platform and Salesforce Solution perspective
Lead business process redesign, roadmap planning and sprint demos of Salesforce capabilities
Collaborate with client stakeholders and Fujitsu Business and Functional consultants to define requirements, deliverables, and set and manage expectations
Translate business requirements into well-architected solutions that best leverage the Salesforce platform
Lead technical design sessions; Design and document technical architecture aligned with client business objectives; identify gaps between client's current and desired end states.
Collaborate with various client business workstreams and application teams to create and support roadmap deliverables.
Configure/customize solution in client environment and oversee development by development team
Drive assessment sessions of business objectives, formulating solution options, and driving stakeholder support
Deliver artifacts, solution and delivery items using industry standards and best practices.
Serve as the bridge/translator between the business team and technical resources during development and implementation to ensure that requirement, design and dependencies are well understood
Assist in engagement and project management by identifying risks, opportunities, as well as partnering up with project and account management teams on minimizing the risks and maximizing the opportunities and benefits
Ability to deep dive into existing solutions and troubleshoot complex (multi-system) solutions and provide solution recommendations
Trusted advisor to our clients

Establish trusted advisor status with business and technology stakeholders by guiding them what should be the roadmap of the project and what functional areas will provide maximum business value-add
Collect, formulate, and disseminate best practices on solution positioning and delivery based on the initial requirements gathered from the client. It is expected that this individual will guide the customer on implementing best practices in the industry
Establish domain/industry vertical knowledge and broad Salesforce based applications expertise
Develop strong client relationships by building trust, rapport and positive working relationships with key sponsors, stakeholders, and team members
Create reference-able clients by providing them the quality deliverables, reliability and trusted partnership
Other responsibilities

Contributes to the business development process by participating in sales calls, assisting/leading proposal development efforts and delivering client presentations
Contributes to the ongoing development of solution/program offering approaches, methodologies, techniques, and business development tools
Helps facilitate and lead the webinars with clients on Industry best practices, providing training on our offerings and roadmap
Conduct training sessions with internal team on Industry best practices, providing training on our offerings and roadmap, support internal team on gaining understanding of supply chain knowledge as well as our offerings
Support internal innovations initiatives to build accelerators, implement other features using cutting edge technologies like Artificial Intelligent (AI), Machine Learning (ML) and others
Provide feedback to improve internal processes (e.g., Phase Gate reviews, deliverable templates etc.), document lessons learned
Architect is expected to participate and contribute to pre-sales activities such as discovery and technical deep-dive sessions, Proof-Of-Concept (POC) development with prospects.
Create technical Influence to build pipeline and help convert opportunities up to $1.5M in current accounts annually
Liaise with Salesforce product teams to support client implementations
Willingness to travel up to 50% domestically
Ability to travel internationally to other countries for meetings, project activities. Candidates should be holding proper visa to be able travel to/from USA for business purposes.
Skills and Qualifications:

Over 12 years IT experience
Over 10 years of experience with Salesforce platform
Experience leading 3 or more Salesforce full cycle implementation projects.
Agile development environment experience.
Expert level understanding of the Salesforce product suite, including Sales, Service, Marketing, CPQ, Commerce, and Experience Clouds
Salesforce System Architect and Application Architect certified
Excellent presentation and communication skills
Candidate should be a fast learner and willing work in fast paced, dynamic work environment. Candidates will be required to train on our SCM product – GlOVIA OM.
Work experience with a professional consulting organization (e.g., Big 4 consulting) or Salesforce Global SIs a plus
Extensive experience contributing as individual contributor capacity on large enterprise software deployments
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business or closely related field or equivalent experience
Ability to work effectively in a fast paced, high energy, team-oriented environment
Ability to travel both domestic and international as/when needed.
