Full Job Description
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. • Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the industrial or equipment sector. • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. • Strong negotiation and closing skills. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Self-motivated and goal-oriented. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. • Proficient in using SAP and Microsoft Office Suite. • Willingness to travel within the assigned territory
Responsibilities: • Identify and pursue sales opportunities for gas generators in the assigned territory. • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing customers. • Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to potential clients. • Understand customer needs and provide appropriate product solutions. • Prepare and deliver sales proposals and quotations. • Negotiate terms and close sales deals with customers. • Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective sales strategies. • Keep updated records of sales activities and customer information in the CRM system. • Provide after-sales support and ensure customer satisfaction. • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities
