Key Responsibilities:
• Perform a variety of beauty services, including hair cutting, styling, coloring, facials, manicures, pedicures, threading, waxing, and makeup.
• Provide skin consultations and recommend products or services that meet the needs of each client.
• Stay up to date with the latest beauty trends, techniques, and product innovations.
• Ensure cleanliness and organization of workstations and spa areas in compliance with health and safety standards.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, offering personalized experiences and addressing their beauty needs.
• Maintain inventory of beauty products and equipment, ensuring all items are stocked and in good condition.
• Upsell services and products to clients to enhance their experience and meet business targets.
• Follow all salon and spa protocols for hygiene, safety, and client satisfaction.
Qualifications:
• Minimum 1-2 years of professional experience in a salon or spa.
• Certification from a recognized beauty school (or equivalent experience).
• Knowledge of various beauty treatments, skincare, and haircare services.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to provide exceptional customer service.
• Detail-oriented and skilled in performing beauty services with high precision.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a calm and professional demeanor.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends.
