Role Overview:
We are seeking enthusiastic and self-motivated individuals to join our sales team on a commission basis. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our training cohorts to aspiring learners who want to excel in the finance industry.

Responsibilities:
• Lead Generation:
• Identify and reach out to potential customers through various channels (social media, referrals, cold calls, etc.).
• Customer Engagement:
• Explain the benefits and features of our training programs in a clear and compelling way.
• Address customer queries and guide them through the enrollment process.
• Sales Conversion:
• Achieve monthly sales targets by converting leads into enrolled students.
• Follow up on leads to maximize conversion rates.
• Reporting:
• Maintain a detailed record of prospects, leads, and conversions.
• Feedback:
• Collect and report feedback from prospects to improve the sales process and training offerings.

Requirements:
• Strong communication and persuasion skills.
• Self-driven and goal-oriented mindset.
• Basic understanding of the finance or education industry (preferred but not mandatory).
• Previous sales experience is a plus.
• Access to a computer and reliable internet connection.

Compensation:
• Commission-Based: Earn a percentage of each successful enrollment.
