Roles & Responsibilities :
• Works closely with various teams to develop category plans product launch, promotional calendar, Always on campaign
• Analyze consumer trends and develop insights to define winning product propositions and go to market strategy along with measurable objectives and deliverables
• Prepare briefing documents for product positioning and communication
• Drive crossfunctional teams to develop & execute GTM plans across media, PR, eCommerce, Retail, etc.
• Manage overall product lifecycle activities liaising closely with Sales Operation, Communication and Retail Marketing teams
• Collaborate on key account management plans to achieve business objectives
• Constantly monitor competitors' activities through market sensing & analysis of industry reports, and suggest proper counteractions
• Drive operational performance for portfolio, including supply & financial forecasting and budgetary management to meet management plan targets.
