Your Role:
We are seeking a skilled licensed vocational nurse (LVN) to join our team as a school nurse caregiver. In this role, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care to a 1:1 student with chronic health conditions, collaborating with healthcare providers, teachers, and parents to ensure the student's needs are met.
Responsibilities:
The selected candidate will manage the student's care, maintain accurate health records, communicate with parents, and coordinate with healthcare providers as needed. They should also be comfortable working with trachs and have excellent communication skills.
Requirements:
Candidates must have a current CA state nursing license, CPR/BLS certification, and a current negative TB result. Previous experience working with children and chronic health conditions is highly desirable.
