As a Santa's Helper Team Lead, you will play a critical role in ensuring that our holiday event is a success. You will be responsible for leading a small team of Santa's Helpers, and will be required to manage various tasks and responsibilities throughout the holiday season.
This is a unique opportunity to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, where you will be able to showcase your leadership skills and creativity. You will be working closely with our team to ensure that every guest has a magical experience at our holiday event.
The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team. They will also be able to work independently and understand the importance of leadership. Our team is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service, and we are looking for someone who shares our vision.
Some of the key responsibilities of this role include:
- Leading a small team of Santa's Helpers throughout the holiday season
- Assisting in preparing for the opening day, including hiring completion, inventory setup, staff scheduling, and training
- Ensuring that every guest has a magical experience at our holiday event
The estimated salary for this role is $1+-$20/hour.
