Ø Desired Candidate Profile

· Experience : Minimum 4+ years

· Qualification : Graduate

· Working hrs. : 10 AM TO 6:30 PM & Working days : 5 days , Monday to Friday

· Preference : Good communication & Presentable

· Age criteria : 25-40 years Max

· Industry : Real estate

· Requirements: Good communication; Verbal & written is important. candidates can join immediately/ in between 15 days

Major Job role- Admin, MIS, Document controller & SAP Accounts.

· Coordinate with all old and new sites to receive and verify bills on timely basis.

· Process administration functions such as SAP, Raising PO’s , WO’s, Booking the bills, etc.

· Overseeing site activities to comply with Internal & External auditors.

· Review & Evaluate all Agreements/Contract documents/ MOU/ LOI/LOA etc.

· Document Control- Proper record keeping of all the office, site ,contract documents, bills etc..

· Analyse the transactions( if any) with financial policies and procedures and offer support to internal finance team as & when needed.

· Collecting and updating the daily reports from sites and sending MIS to the respective stakeholders daily/weekly & Monthly reports.

· Preparing the yearly budgets for all sites w.r.t. the actual calculations, CAM calculations, Accounts reconciliation with our internal account’s team etc.

· Assist sites in generating the CAM to the customers for all the Commercial & Residential projects.

· Site wise maintaining the records of complete CAM collected & other regulatory transactions and close the outstanding within FY.

· Prepare records of minutes of meeting.

Requirements

· Proven work experience as an Accounts Administrator, Accounting or similar role.

· Experience in Tally will be highly preferred.

· Advanced knowledge of MS office and accounting software program.

· Solid data entry skills.

· Strong analytical abilities.

· Overall experience of 4-5 years

Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

Salary: ₹40,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
