Job Description:



At least 5+ years of SAP experience in the design of system access, roles and user management


Extensive experience in User Administration, Role Administration, Emergency Access Management


Exposure to SAP GRC and Fiori apps


Good experience in an SAP environment supporting User Access Requirements, User Provisioning, SAP Roles development, and SAP Roles Management including the use of SAP Governance, Risk and Compliance (GRC) suite.


Perform Segregation of Duties (SOD) analysis and manage the SOD risk remediation process; continuously monitor production environments for security violations


Good exposure to Audit processes, evidence collection, SAP License measurement, etc.


Willing to handle Projects and Support activities in parallel


Harmonization and implementation of authorization concepts across several FC-systems


Collaborate with other Functional Architects and cross-functional partners to ensure end-to-end process integration and consistency, leveraging the capabilities within SAP


Work with various functional and IT Teams on the requirement gathering for job roles, job functions


First contact for business partners concerning all topics in the area of role management, user management and GRC


Training and education of end users in all authorizations topics

Solving of issues and implementation/specification of demands from end users
Should have thoroughly handled master data
Post and pre upgrade activities and testing and modifications of workflow errors
Debug analyze and fix FF logs issues
Ruleset updates, creation, modification, include custom rules
Good understanding of Authorizations in the areas of SAP ECC and understanding about Authorizations related to SAP GRC AC
SAP GRC - AC & PC implementation and concepts experience is an added advantage
Debug workflow issues and provide timely fixes
Enhancements and enable new features as per requirements
Run self-assessments, reviews, closure, sign offs – to ensure BAU are followed and executed in accordance with established SOPs and controls
Assist in ad-hoc assessments, and consolidate review ratings
Experience managing multiple tasks, competing priorities and conflicts.
Experience with problem solving situations; includes approaches used, tools, tactics used managing for effective outcomes.
Experience working in a dynamic team environment
Excellent verbal and communication skills; Can communicate with Business Partners to explain difficult issues and works to establish consensus
Strong analytical and problem solving skills combined with strong influencing / negotiating skills
High competency with analytical and reporting tools
Strong cognitive skills; ability to reason and form ideas and develops solutions to avoid recurrence
